Really good on communication. Gave me an estimate on what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. They were not pushy. Just let me know what was wrong and let him know if we wanted to go with the repairs. Nice people to work with. Highly recommend. Will be back with my other Mini.

Great first time experience. I brought in my Mini Cooper Clubman for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained what other services I should consider for the future without pressure and I felt their pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely be visiting again.

I have been using O'Brien Auto to maintain our cars for over a decade. I have always been very pleased with thier honesty and professionalism, recently I was traveling out of the country and my daughter had a check engine light on prior to her return to KU, the staff got her in to check the car to ensure it was safe to drive back to school. Little things like this make all the difference in the world. Great crew and always friendly. Only place we go for out of warranty Mercedes work! Thanks again!

I have been using O'brians Auto for years. All my cars are BMWs from 1980 to 2007. Lindsey and Robert are about the best team I have encountered when it comes to foreign auto repair. Lindsey - parts, Robert - mechanic. Their not the cheapest but they get it done right, you get what you pay for "Experience".

This shop diagnosed my Mercedes and saved me around $3000 taking it to the Mercedes of Tulsa who mis-diagnosed the problem originally. Quick and polite service. I will return in the future. Debbie

This company is the best I've found for my Jaguar. Recently had what appeared to be a catastrophic multi-system electrical failure. The technician that jumped on it had it figured out in the first day and got the car back to me first thing on the second day. Saved me thousands in diagnostics and repair fees. Another words, what I believe was going to cost thousands to diagnose and repair, cost a fraction. They could have been a like other business and dragged there feet and uncharged repairs, but they DID NOT! They consistently updated me on progress and findings via text. Lindsey and, Technician Robert Robertson, were Amazing! They are knowledgeable, professionals, and most proficient, as I've explained. I've NEVER worked with a better company! Truly Amazing. Additionally, the owner is a great guy. He went above and beyond the night I dropped the car off. Respectfully, Gun Doctor.

Delving into the mechanical intricacies of a Land Rover is not for the faint of heart. These people have the answers and bravely went above and beyond to face the electrical challenges I was having with my LR3. Friendly and helpful. They didn't try and intimidate me into repairs that could wait. Estimated cost was exactly what was paid down to penny. They also fixed an issue for no charge just did it to make sure we were safe. Shop very clean and organized, shows me attention to detail and pride in their work.
